Report and slides from the Clean Catch Reflections Workshop

In May, members of Clean Catch’s former National Steering Group and others involved in the programme convened both in person and online to reflect on their experiences of Clean Catch to date and to exchange ideas on how to reshape the programme over the next two and a half years.

Discussion centred on how to:

• More fairly represent fishers and other key relevant actors
• More effectively draw on the knowledge and advice of a broad range of experts (scientific and otherwise)
• Broaden the programme’s scope and enhance links with similar initiatives across the UK
• Better communicate and share knowledge, both within and beyond the UK.
